The Elks club's state office was located here in 1952. The 1960 city directory lists YWCA at this address. There was an auction notice in June 1961 for the YWCA building at this address. However, YMCA records indicate the downtown St. Paul location was at 475 Cedar Street, which is confirmed by the 1951 Sanborn Map. The 1964 city directory does not include this address and does not identify YWCA or YMCA at this address. The building was demolished between 1957-1966.
