Detailed History
Circa 1905 frame 1.5-story Queen Anne-style house at 206-208 Looney, occupied after around 1939 byJames Young (b.1910), a Memphis native and factory worker, and his wife Ann W. Young (b.1912), a chicken dresser from Mississippi. The Wrights were black. The house was listed on the NRHP in 1984 as contributing to the Greenlaw Addition Historic District.
