Midgett's Beauty Shop This shop is listed in the Green Book at 212 Clark Street, Greenville, but is listed in the 1944 City Directory at 1125 Clark Street and in the 1949 City Directory at 1121 Clark Street. The 1946 Sanborn map shows a store numbered 1123 at the northeast corner of Clark and West 12th Streets. It was demolished before 1993. The Green Book address is likely incorrect. —Andrew S. Edmonds
