Capitol Cab The taxi service is listed in the Green Book without an address, but the 1947 City Directory places it at 133 East Hargett Street, Raleigh. The student report indicates that the structure is no longer standing and it appears that the Remedy Diner is built partially on top of where the structure once stood. Might the extant, locally-landmarked Delaney Building (surveyed by the NCHPO as WA4053) also have housed the taxi service. —Andrew S. Edmonds
