Description
Bland Taxi operated out of the Black and Gold Inn, established by Mamie and Charles Bland in 1936. A few years later, Mamie took over the business. The Green Book did not list an address, but the current address is 31 S. Second Street. At one point the address of the Inn was 121 S. Third St.
