In 1939 and 1940, 28 1/2 Cranston St. was a shoe repair business owned by Neshan Kuzierian. Kuzirian and his wife, Mary, lived at 125 Codding St., to the south west of Cranston St. Had anyone been looking for a restaurant, they would have been very disappointed. 28 1/2 Cranston has since been demolished and the site is now occupied by the Providence Career & Technical Academy.
