A 1925-1951 Buffalo Sanborn Map indicates a two-story building with composition roofing located on the northwest corner of William Street and Iroquois Place.
Detailed History
Perry’s Cleaners was under the same ownership as Perry’s Snack Bar and Perry’s Hat Store, both located on the same block. Fred Perry operated the cleaners. The location is now an empty lot.
