Detailed History
It is now called Hilltop Mobile Home Community. This 50-site park is visible in a 1947 aerial photograph. It was purchased in 1948 by Leslie and Mary Ann Johnson. In 1955, Sunnyside Trailer Park was built to the north due to increasing demand. Two more parks were built in the next decade. Hilltop was incorporated as a city in 1956. Some homes date back to the 1950s but many have been replaced.
