Latimers Company (G) 40 Regt of Miss Infantry Age 22 years 5 feat 8 inches high Dark hair and eyes an Dark compection and by profession a farmer Born in the State of Miss Neshoba County an enlisted at Meridian Miss on the 18th Day of August 1862 to serve for three years or during the war—the Sayd Dees has been payed up to the 28th day of February 1863 by H. S. Jones at Vicksburg Miss the sayd Dees has not received comutation money nor clothing Subsistance has been furnished the sayd T. W Dees up to the 30th of May 1863 at wich time he died of wound inflicted at the Seige of Vicksburg Miss
