David G. Cobb
David G. Cobb was born around 1828 in New York. By the early 1860s, he was working as a brick mason in Pierpont, Ohio.

He enlisted in the Union army on July 30, 1862, and he mustered in as a private in Company K of the 105th Ohio Infantry on August 21. The regiment took part in the Battle of Perryville. He fell ill in the winter of 1862-63, and he was discharged for disability on March 29, 1863.

He settled in Linesville, Pennsylvania, after the war, and he married a woman named Eliza. The couple apparently had no children. He applied for a federal pension in July 1877, but he apparently never received one. He died in the 1880s.
