Dear Brother I seat my self to drope you a feu lins to let you know that I am not so vary well I have had a vary bad spell of sickness but I am up and a bout once more but I am vary weeke yet I hope these feu lins ma find you all well I have roat to you before but I have no ancer I want to see you vary bad I cold tell you all a heep of things more than I cold wright tell ann that if she ant married not to marrie un tell the war ends so turn over
I have not recived but too letters from my Husban sence the sevent teenth of last august he was wounded and inn the hands of the enmy and I doo not know wheather he is ded air a live I wold give all that I ever seed to see him com home know Nancy this is the truth I dream of his sweet body most ever knight me and Sealy is setting in the door to gether inn tha old house whare she yust to live I want you to wright soon so I most close but remains yore sister un tell death Mary ann Brown
