I have received from the headquarters of the 32d Mass Infy. Your communication of Feby. 11th.
I have the honor to request that blanks may be sent to me for three property returns.
Be pleased also to inform me if it is allowed to me to make one return for all or if [scratched out] the transactions of each quarter call for a separate return.
The invoices from the ordnance department of Mass. embrace some articles which properly belong to the Q.M. dept. shall I account for them in my return to your division?
