Home again!
Home again home again
from this dretfull war
and oh it fills my soul with joy
to meet you all once more
here i dropp'd the parting tear
to save our cuntrys fame
but now i am once again with you
who kindly greet me home
2happy hearts, happy hearts
with mine have laughed in glee
but oh you friends i loved at home
seem happier to me
and if my guide should be the fate
which bids me longer rome
then death alone can break the tie
that binds my heart to home
music sweet music soft
lingers round the place
but oh i feel the homestead charm
that time can not afface
though give me but my homestead roof
ill ask no palice domed
for i can live a happy life
with those i love at home
