Dear Brother
I have written to you several times & have not received an answer from you yet I would be glad to here from you & more so to see you I am very anxious to know what you have done with my mare I am so mutch afraid that the Capt will put some person on her I canot rest easy if she was sold & I had the money here under my head I would feal better sattisfied you must sell her for as near $2500 dollars as you can get I am doing very well my foot has not pained me a great deal for several dayes it matering and runing pretty smart yet I have nothing more to wright to you at this time you will come to see me as soon as you can so nothing more
