Friend ann how does thee do in these hard times is thy health good as comon and does thee injoy life well as usual I often think of thee. Shall be very glad to to see thee which I hope to some time next summer if my helth which is not very good should hold out I am truly sorry to hear of Abbeys ill health wish she might get help this has been a beautiful winter day the snow about three or four inches deep I often look back when I would call in and have a little pleasant visit with you both and think ho good it would be could I do so now with many good good wishes
