Dear Aunt Jane

                        As I have been writing to my wife & to Aunt Caroline & to my house—I think I will write to you. it is so seldom that I get any time to write when I am traveling. We have been thinking about looking up the trade in your part of the State this fall or winter. if it falls to my lot to come that way I shall try hard to come & see you. As I am very tired—I hope you will excuse a short letter—with much love to all—I am yours very truly—Walter R—
