Each commander of Company will see that his 1^st Sergeant keeps a correct list with the place of business and residence of his men. He will also see that all fines and dues of his men are collected. (The said fine or penalty may be collected by execution, in the same manner that judgement rendered by the Justices of the Peace may be collected.) (See Regulations General Orders N^o 6 from A.G.O.
