Wed 24^th I have one word more, and that is to invite you to take dinner with Stephen F. and I (we bunk together) and expect to have hasty pudding and molasses for dinner tomorrow. Please ask Louise to come too. We want a Christmas dinner, if it is expensive. Santa Claus doesn't trouble himself about soldiers, (cause why, ) they haint got no chimneys.
