Charles E. Willoughby
Charles E. Willoughby was probably born on June 26, 1862, in Wilmot, New Hampshire, to John and Mary Willoughby. He eventually moved to Wisconsin, and he married Ella S. Guernsey there on December 2, 1891. They had two children: Myrna, born on February 25, 1897; and Francis, born in 1899. The family lived in Larrabee, Wisconsin, and Willoughby worked as a dentist. They moved to Santa Barbara, California, sometime between 1900 and 1910, and they purchased a house there. He died in Santa Barbara around 1927.
