Dear mother
I have not been late for school yet. I washed up the dishes and Georgie wiped them How is Georgie I mean the baby and George and Gracie and yourself and Addie I suppose Addie was sick when she got the / baby for ladies do not ever get babies unless they are sick though she is well enough to write me a letter. I got your letter tonight but is'nt the baby splendid I am all baby sence I read your letter. George is writing to you Tell Addie her letter was nice. I am alright. I left the dishes last night but washed them up tonight /
Jim Parkin is dead that one Georgie was talking about so. hung himself today Georgie went to Northbrige and Oxbridge and Linwood. the baby is not very large of course The floor look as if it never was swept all muddie because Frank Peek was in here and tracked in more mud then we / bouth of us have. I wonder now what more I can say I guess nothing so
