Mary A. Keen
Mary A. Keen was born around 1835 in Pennsylvania to Louis Keen and Susannah Armstrong. Her father was a carpenter who owned $800 of real estate in 1850. She grew up and attended school in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During the Civil War, she worked as a nurse in the Seminary Hospital in Georgetown, D.C. She died sometime after 1864.
