Dear Sir:— I am a Mason, and being informed that you are one, I do not hesitate, under my present circumstances, to inform you that, I have been imprisone a prisoner of war for four months, and am in need of a suit of clothes, a h[paper hole] and blanket, and am without the means of [paper hole]sing mo[paper hole].
