Mary Waldo
Mary Waldo (maiden name: Talbot) was born on June 14, 1821, in Stoughton, Massachusetts, to Joel and Millie Talbot. She married William Pitt Waldo on October 3, 1842, and they had at least two children: Alfred, born around 1844; and Samuel, born around 1848. They lived in Stoughton, and her husband worked as a bootmaker. By 1850, they owned $1,500 of real estate. Two decades later, they owned $2,000 of real estate and $1,500 of personal property. Her husband died on July 26, 1895, and she died of pneumonia in Stoughton on April 14, 1903.
