My dear brother and sister I take the presant opportunity to wright a fiew lines to you to let you know that we are all well at presant and I hope when these fiew lines Come to hand they will find you enjoying the same blessing. Now this is sunday eavening and I am in a hury it is about time to go to meeting the meeting is at the new meeting house they have had meting all week they had severil Joine them but it will brake up to night I am working for William Cauble now I commenced the first of October I went to the fair 2 days last week it was a very good fair Robert Cauble got a premium the first premium their was a good many people there I saw Samuel and William Celsaw William Celsaw came here yesterday and We went to Salem with him and he came hom with me and staid all knight and went to sabbat School with me and to Meth meeting the knew preecher his name is Hutchen I think he is a very good preecher I like to forgot to tell you that we got your letters I got the letter that you sent me pap got the letter that you sent them I am looking for a letter if you have not / wrot I want you to wright to me as soon as you get this letter tell sarah to wright to me Mother will wright as soon as she gets the Leter that you wanted from the Church I am glad to here how well you are sadistfied with the country and the people and I am glad that you have got plenties of friends I wish i could see you both I would like to come out and see you and the country but I guess I cannot come yet a while. Aunt Ann got a letter from England yesterday grand Pap and grandmothers and Mothers Likenesses was in it. Now I must come to a close for the presant Only Remaining your ever Affectionate

Dear brother and sister I setdown this good sabath night to right you a fiew lines to let you no we are all well and I hope thes fiew lines may find you all well I havent much to right but I will try to rite alitle we went to meeting las Sunday and staid until after night meeting and then we come home and Emily and I went to the livona fair a thursday and I staid all night and went back a friday I had a right nice time I went to see lincoln and duglas they ware in ashow wax figurs they ware they full sise of they men salst up in brawd and had on fine coats and fine shirts I tell you / old abe looks prity solled but he ort to for he is a going to be our presden I guess I hav told you enough about polliticks well Sarah I must tell you about the weddings Jim Colglazier and mariar is married Stephen Cat and Jane and lidley and ellen & John furkhiser and Jane right and a good many more I will not mention and agood many more want to be well I want to no why you dont answer my leter I thinking you thou th thought it was not worth answering and that was about so Marg is mad because you ant said anything about her in any of youre letes I had forgot to tell you I would like to see you but I would the best in the world and I will before many months I guess I had beter quit for this time for Emily wants to rite a little
 
Will I would like to no what you ment by so many &c in Caubles leter so I will close by saying I hope we will remain loving sisters and brother until death I want you to answer this whether you want to or not Julia A Hubbard
 
Dear brother and sister it is now 9 Clock and I am vary sleepy and I hav not much to rite at present wee was at peters last sunday and I saw the leter that you rote to William Well I went to the Salem and I guess I a rite nice tim tha had som of the nises / swings youever saw well I guess I had had beter quit for Albert has came from meeting and he want to finish his part well you must write to us as soo as you can so nothing more at present only remaining your loving
