A this time and hope
When these lines come to hand Tha may find you all well and Doing well we receivd your kind Leter in due time and was glad To hear you was well and more So to hear you was comeing home you wish me to come out and help you home I will be thare at crawfords ville the nite of the 13 you Had beter not send to town after Me til the morning of the 14 the Cars will not git to town til in The nite I want you if you can git your horses to some place til I git thar and have some one / Take care of them til I git Thare if the mare is as pore as you say she is she will not be Abel to come I will be thare at That time if nothing happens To us I Am now at campbell Burge I came hear this morning to see James & Sarah and on some other Bisnes so I will say no more A this time I hope to re man your kind father until death

Dear cousin I am here at Jims I am fat and a thriveing and I hope theas few lines may may find you all well and doing well. I went to Indianapolis the tusday after Jim and will left thair I tried to get thair in time to see them but I was to late I have not wrote much nor I am not going to write much for I am in a hurry to go home and go a Sparking to Knight. I supose you are all coming in here to live and I am glad of that
