My Kind friend i am as well as comon and i hope that these few lines will find you the same tell the boys that i would like to see them all and tell them that i would like to give them a little advise
I thought i would tell you a little of the living we had tow tea biskets and a small piece of ham and that is a bout all that we hav had since we hav bin here we ar in hearing of the muskets at yorktown we expect to march evry day thare is not as much dry land in this cuntry as i expected and it not so warm as i expected in this part of the cuntry thare is not much news to wright good by yours most respectfully

I want you to ask billey babit if he rembers the time the baby cride if he dose ask how the crib lays if he dose remember ask how catching in cats go if he remember thease three you questions if he dose dont tell him why if not all let him then quit a day or tow then tell him whare it came from tell him that it came from Thomas C Sweet and Mr—land kiss the daughter
