                                                Sir
                                                            The house on the corner of Rampart and St Peters Street was occupied by a "Mrs Johnston" now in the Confd, and the furniture in said house was her property. A Mr "Fellows" appears and represents himself as the husband of Mrs Johnson and claims the furniture. Mr Fellows has taken the oath, but Mrs Johnson is still in the Confd
 
            The house is the property of "Mr Avegnio" a French subject. Shall I release the furniture, or remove and store it until Mrs Johnson arrives and takes the oath. She is said to be on her way here. Very Resp Your Obdt Svt.
