Dear Parents
I now improve a few moments in adressing you in answer to yours of the 18th which is duley at hand this morning. I have not felt verry well since I came back but think I shall come out all right in the Spring I had an atact of the Biles colick on my way back but made out to get through.

I have had a severe headache the most of the time I think I shall go to the / next week to get musterd out of the Service.

I was verry sorry to hear that Dock was sick Perhaps if he had thought a little more of me & stayed around till I left instead of agoing off a hunting he would have not bin sick. I think it must be verry sickley there Bill left here Monday eve for home I acompanied him to the cars as he put up with me Sunday eve. he was feeling quite well if you see him tell him I saw Sanders to day he is after new goods he wanted to / hire me to go in & cleark it this winter said he would give $40.00 or $50.00 per month and board me I am most tempted to do it as it is a verry good chance for me. I think I could clear 40 per month that is better than it would be for to drive team on the R.R. for 16 per month Mother you still hang on to my coming home this winter but I guess I shall have to put up with a little unconvienances as we are all poor & got to do something for a living. But as for / coming home I want to come as bad as you want me to But let us put up with the worst & get along with the best.

and another thing It dont seam as though I could put up with the weather there and work out doors and of cours I cant in the house enoughf to day for my grones I will now close so to send this to day I have heard from you once & writen 3 times this makes I was a fool for not getting that Power of atorney made out while at home now I presume I shant get it atall but if Dolphin is able I want him to start soon as you get this if he has to go afoot 50 miles. I want you to do it as I tell you again this is the last time I am agoing to write about it.
