good morning toot i am well how are u us ons all the people hear say we ons all, and you ons all well i have herd this morning officily from our division the rebs have slipt out of Jackson and our 9th army corps of which our reg is one is ordered back hear and then to report to Cincinnati Ohio it is allmost to good to believe but i hope it is so well if we do not go there we will be apt to go to kentucky and from there to Verginia for i see the western army have done up there part of the fighting and will have to go help clean out those rebs that are so stubborn in Verginia well if we go to Cincinnati i think i will try hard for a furlo and jump on the cars some morning before breakfast and make you a visit / as the mail is waiting for my letter i must stop writeing more next time
