Mr. L. W. Hopkins,
817 Eqitable Bldg.,
Baltimore, Md.,
Dear Sir—
Your letter of recent date is received. Whatever amount the Trimble Camp has available and feels that it can pay towards the bill for office rent, if the treasurer of the Camp will pay that amount on account and send me the bill showing the balance due I shall arrange to meet the latter.
With reference to the Mosby article my father wrote, I was about to take up the offer of $100 made by Wm. P. Palmer, Prest. of the Western Reserve Historical Society, at Cleveland, Ohio, but I would prefer the Mosby Command to have it and will gladly consider any offer they might wish to make.
With personal regards,
Very truly yours,
J. Girvin Peters
