for trial by the General Court Martial convened by special orders No 92. CS. from this Headquarters and of which you are Judge Advocate.
 
            The Major General Commanding also directs that you bring before the General Court Martial of which you are the Judge Advocate, all cases presented for trial by the Commanding Officer District of New Mexico.
