Sir:
The Major General Commanding directs me to say, that all enlisted men in confinement at Fort Craig, N.M., or at posts in its vicinity, and who in your opinion are proper subjects for trial by a General Court Martial, may be brought before the General Court Martial ordered to convene at Fort Craig, N.M., on Wednesday the 15th of May, 1867.
