                        Judge Advocate, General Court Martial,
                                    Fort Craig, New Mexico,
Lieutenant:
            The Major General Commanding directs me to transmit to you the accompanying charges against
            Corporal James F. Smith        Company        "B"      3d U.S. Cavalry
            Corporal John Carroll             Company        "B"      3d U.S. Cavalry
            Private W. A. Pickins             Company        "K"      3d U.S. Cavalry
            Private Thomas Finn              Company        "K"      3d U.S. Cavalry
 
for trial by the General Court Martial convened by Special Orders No 92. C.S., from these Headquarters and of which you are Judge Advocate.
 
            The Major General Commanding also directs that you bring before the General Court Martial of which you are the Judge Advocate, all cases presented for trial by the Commanding Officer District of New Mexico.
