Having been ordered here to relieve Major Wailder. I Send you herewith an Order for Such Supplies as you may have on hand. Please inform me of the quantity of Flour, and Corn you have So I can make Some arrangement, about Sending for it, also let me Know if you Can procure any more Flour for me in your District for immediate use. Enclosed I Send you a Copy of an order Sent me by Genl. Smith, which exempts all Bonded Agents from being molested by enrolling Officers.
