                                                            I wish you if possible to make Some Contract, or Secure, Some Person in your District who is willing to make Soap for us, as the number of Beeves Killed here is So Small that I cannot get Sufficient to Supply this Post alone. I would also like for you to make all the Purchases you can of Wheat, and give the farmers Certified accounts Payable in the New Issue as Maj. Maclin informs me that we will have Some here very Shortly. Your Attention to these two articles will much Oblige
