How I should like to see you Hill and I were down to Saginaw about a month ago and had a very pleasent time. I am still in the Office, and Hill still in the Co Register's Office. Hill and bought 5 acres of land in Saginaw City a few weeks ago we paid $400. apiece Hill four and I four. everybody thinks we made a very good trade, it lys about 80 rods back of the Webster House.
The Railroad men have been surveying the R.R. and they say they are a going to set men to choping it out as soon as warm / weather comes it is to run from Sag here. There is a great deal said about Gold in Idiho Territory and a great many talck of going there in the spring and one of them is one Hill I dont think Father will let him go though.
