Eudora Felton was born on July 1, 1843, in present-day Germany to David and Louisa Felton. His father was a farm laborer who owned $200 of personal property by 1860. The family immigrated to America around 1853 and settled in Wawaka, Indiana.
She married Henry Kreger on October 31, 1867, and their son William was born around 1872. Her husband died sometime before 1880, and she earned a living as a housekeeper in Elkhart, Indiana. She married Rudolph Frost on May 26, 1883, and the couple had no children. They lived in Elkhart, and her husband worked as a farmer. She died of chronic nephritis in Perry, Indiana, on December 30, 1923.
