Dear Cousins
I thought I sit down to night & write you a letter as my husband is down town on bissnas & my children to bed & I am all alone. I have bin out slay riding to day. wall to tell the truth I go nearly ever day & in the summer I go a horse back I have a horse saddle & bridle of my own & I can go when I pleas. I expect you heard of the horse desease it is in this cuntry very bad they expect to have to stop the stages before long on the acount of it. I got a letter from pa & ma / the other day they were all well I live 125 miles from them & Marranda lives 35 from them you must write me all the news about the folks & tell me if Hattie Chamberlain is married yet & Anee Mathews & Euphema More is married & all the rest of the young folks that I ust to no. Now I must tell you about our parties now we have one nearly evry week, eather a card party or a dance. I was over to helena last fall to the fair & Ma told me that Henry wanted to come out to Montana tell him not to start till spring & then come up the river. Porter I want you to tell me how Frank Crandle & Famlie & your Brother Frank & Famlie & Marrion & Famlie gets along & how many children they got. I must stop writing I got / company. I wish you write & tell me if Agness Collis is married & Althiene Green.
