well here I am agoing to risk $25 in this letter & I want you to keep all I send untill I send what I calculat to I shall send about $90. I have drawn $1000 & want you to draw write soon as you get it every time it is rather risky but shall try it it I shall be able for duty soon you keep the box untill I send for it I had a close call in the fight but came out all straight keep what I send then let it all out in a lump pay Em what I oe him & also uncle Albert & Father take out what I oe him then the rest will be a [?] a left & I will make you a present of a knew dress & also Deloria & I want you to buy it get one that will suit you I oe Uncle Albert $7.00 & the interes if I remember right he will know how much & I oe Em I believe 3 dls. ask him & pay it & the rest you & Father use & what I send after give it to Uncle Albert or some one & take a note for the amount / if he does not want it let it to Jonas Little or or some other good Bank. Mother you need not think any such thing as that was said I never was punished for any thing yet since I have bin in the service even as much as to do extra duty
now read this over so you will understand I feel rather hard up but guess I am all right dont delay to write if you get this from E. E. Brown
