Dear parents tis with great pleasher that i right to let you no that I am well and hope thes few lines will find you the same to tis very warm hear now all so very mudy to I reseved your letter to night and glad to hear that you was well and hope will be so for ever to i haint ben sick but to dayes sence I left home that is to be of from deuty you no very well that it has ben 4 months sence ileft home but it has ben the shortest time that iever see in my life i was sorey to hear that harvey Johnson has ben taken on that game but i hope he will get out of it some way or another But fraid not
Tell me how Dealia feels about hur man now he is in jale When you think that my colt neads driving jest drive him as you think best for hie to be jest as i thought of your colt he gave you hell dident he jest right you hadent oughto took him so high on the hill never mind he is anough for you tell the chriddren to be good learn all that they can i was very glad to hear that the boys has got boots and cloes so as to be warm and when you wanto use some of my money jest take it as if it was yours Dont be afraid of it atall for you no hoos it is so never mind dont suffer atall i shall send you home some more pay day to do jest what you are aminto with it and shall come home my self some time to i / Never injoied myself so well in my life bfore hear is whare you see the fun to i tell you so i haint seen not one homsick day sence ileft home you sed that the pictures would come in the box I should like to no what pictures you mean there is somthing at the botem of the page that dont no what it means per chance bush it ses what that means i dont no for my part jest tell me in your next if you pleas to the box i should like to have one first rate to jest send what it can hold Send abig one to send to galons whiskee to if you pleas to send a dam big one to Direct it to Captin C W Seager so they cant open it dont put my name on it tall for if they / find my name on it they will open it and stiel the rum on the in side of the led direct it to me be shur Do jest as i sed and it will be all right
