Lucinda Armstrong
Lucinda Armstrong (maiden name: Jarley) was born around 1832. At some point, according to testimonial from neighbors, Armstrong married a man in Maryland. She married Henry Armstrong at Mathews Court House in Gloucester County, Virginia, on August 2, 1868, and their son Robert was born on May 31, 1869. After her husband's death on November 12, 1899, she applied for a widow's pension, but the War Department denied her application due to insufficient material in her file. It is unclear when or where she died.
