Lysander P. Frey
Lysander P. Frey was born on July 1, 1849, in Robertson County, Tennessee, to Thomas Jefferson Frey and Elizabeth Jane Farthing. His father was a farmer who owned $3,300 of real estate and $1,150 of personal property by 1860. The family moved to Montgomery County, Tennessee, sometime in the 1850s. Frey married Nannie Rogers on May 3, 1877, and they had at least four children: Daisy, born around 1880; Mabel, born around 1881; Euless, born around 1886; and Lucille, born around 1893. Frey worked as a farmer in Montgomery County, and in 1880, they were living with his brother Cornelius. Nannie died sometime around 1920, and Frey followed on July 31, 1929.
