Dear wife i thot that i wode right you a few lines to let you know that i am well & i hope that you are the same Dear honey i havent had no chance to right to you we are [paper hole] that there is now chance to right i am righting this on the ground Dear honey i wish i cold right to you every day but i cant Dear honey you must exscuse me for not righting before as i sed be fore i havent now chance to right but Dear honey i wil right as often as i cen Dear honey how i wish i was with you / to night & all the time Dear wife if ever i get with you a gane i will stay with you Dear honey i shod like to hear from you but i dont know where to have you direct your letter Dear honey we aint to our camp yet Dear honey it is so darck that i cant hardly se to right you must read it the best you can Dear honey you must tak cair of that money dont you pay eny of my dets you tel them that i wil pay them when i get home Dear honey it is purty tuf hear but i cant help it now Dear honey / is Margret Doyle is she better Dear honey when you right to me you tel me all the news Dear honey i wish that i was with you to night but i ante Dear honey i will send you sum more money in a few days dear honey i bot me a pair of boots they cost me 5 & 90 cts thay are good wons Dear honey dont you work out for my sake Dear honey their was a grate funeral hear to day
