Dear William and Delia
I now take my pen in hand to let you know I recieved your leter last saturday which gave me great pleasure to hear from the Palmyra folks for I have not heard from them in a long time we was all glad to here that Thomas and his famly and James and his famly was all well and we was very much pleased to here that Julia had another girl But we was very much surprised to here that Delia was mared But I hope she has done well Dear William I would like to know what you work at for a liveing or what kind of a cuntryman you are Anna wrote a leter to Delia the same day she was mared she directed in care of James Walker and she is watching for an ancer every day William is at home now and we are very buisy building fences and geting ready to plow Frankey had a prety hard time with his leg he was laid up some 3 months with it But he is quite smart now I cant think of eny more at presant until the next time only we all send our warmest love to you and to the rest of the Palmyra folks from your most affectianate Francis Garvey /
