His Excellency Gov. Andrew desires to be informed, at your earliest opportunity, whether or not, there are any persons in your Battalion who from their qualifications and merits, you wish to recommend to fill the two vacancies now existing in the officers of your new Company—and your attention is called to Mr Corbett in Co A. in reference to the possession of suitable qualifications to fill one of these vacancies
