Dear Father
I take the oppertunity of writing you A few lines, to let you know that I am as well as usual. and hopeing these few lines to find you the Same, Father I have sand $23,00 twenty three dollars to the Glens Falls Bank. Directd to your Name. and when you get this I wonte you to go and put it to Eliza name as the rast is. The money may not get there as soon as this here letter but when it dos get there you can draw it. then leave it to Elisa/Name as I have sad before
Dear Father I recivd A letter from you some time Ago, which I have not Answer yet.
Francis I have nothing New to write you this time. I recivd A letter from John last week he was injoying good health and his Regiment was at Warrenton City, I do not think we will have much of marching to Do for 2 or 3 months to come, this is all I have to say at present so good By,
