June 10 th 1861 most afectnit brother and sistor it is with plasuer that I set don this mor ing to ancer you Cind letter of may 3 which gave me much plasur to that you was all well and doing well we are all well at pat this time with all the wrest of the conection we was at Solomon Naugl last sunda and went from there to Will Hubbard and come back apast butlers and tha was all well I hant much to writ crops look tolabel well but the arme worms is taken very thing in som / plases wheat is tolarel good we will have plenty of froot if nohing hapens of all sort helth is good at presant hear the excitment a bout ware ant quit as hie as is was the trators trust to say still onon we hav a home gard in our ton tha muster every sanad evning tha was fine boys went from our ton with capton S Sles Commen and one of them was Steven wlace he has ben very sick but is beter well I most quit for this time write as soon as you get this and let me one howe you are all
