that I take mi pen in hand to in form you that we are all well we received your kind and welcome leter which arived last Monday which gave us great satisfaction to think you would be with us so soon Jacob is just taking of his vest to turn in and Mol is spinning on flax and Mother is Reading the paper and darsh is going to Bed
 
Jule pa sherfey has bin back I wont tell you any thing more about him till you come back enough on the serfey question Jule I want you to hury home for the Buternuts is a Cuting up prety big and we will get old Jemy indicutt revolver and shoot half of them as tha pass I must close for this time I subscribe mi self your true and loving sister as ever
