My Dear Mother
I have just given my watch to the Mail Carrier to Express for me Please call for it as soon as you get this. I wrote Aggie today & told her what to do with it The report is just out that we are to go to 13 miles to the right of the 2nd brigade to form the picket line clear across to Banks Division. We go on Picket tonight. I write this in a great hurry as the mail is just going write as soon as you get this & tell me whether you got the watch safe for the present I must / bid you a hasty
