Loraine Pollard (maiden name unknown) was born around 1833 in Herkimer County, New York. She married James H. Pollard, and their son Floyd was born around 1858. They lived in Westmoreland, New York, and her husband worked as a carpenter. By 1860, they owned $800 of real estate and $520 of personal property. They moved to Hartland, New York, in the 1860s, and by 1870, they owned $2,800 of real estate and $730 of personal property. She probably died in the early 1880s.
